A neodymium magnet (also known as NdFeB magnet or Neo magnet or rare earth magnet) is one of the rare earth permanent magnet materials with the strongest magnetic property with high Br, high Hcb and high energy density.
They are available in a wide range of shapes, sizes and magnetic characteristics, with values of (BH) max from 220 to 420 kJ / m3 and operating temperatures up to 230 °C. The maximum magnetic energy product of sintered NdFeB is about 5 to 15 times of sintered ferrite, and its inner coercivity is 5 to 10 times of ferrite, it has excellent magnetic property.
The magnets are generally produced with surface coating treatments to protect them from oxidation processes and are supplied with the most suitable coating for their specific use.
